In 2003, he graduated from Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2013, he obtained building qualifications in the architectural specialty for unlimited design.
He has been working as an architect since the end of his studies. In 2007, he set up his own studio TRZOP ARCHITEKCI, where a 20-person team mainly implements office fit out projects in Poland as well as in EU countries. Currently, the studio's portfolio includes conceptual and executive designs of offices with a total area of over 200,000 sqm.
Member of Polish Chamber of Architects in Masovian District and member of the Association of Architects of the Republic of Poland (SARP).
Speaker and participant in numerous conferences of the architectural industry, including Property Design Forum or Green Warsaw Conference.
Bartosz was responsible for carrying out and coordinating the entire project processes for such clients as: Dentsu Aegis Network Poland, Erbud SA, Stanley Black and Decker and SAGE (in the design & built system for Tetris), Brain Embassy, OLX Group, Burda International Poland, CEDC International, DANONE: Nutricia Polska and Żywiec Zdrój, Accenture, SMYK, HL TECH, ERGO Digital IT, Polski Fundusz Rozwoju, Santander, L'Oréal and Microsoft.
In 2017, the Trzop Architekci studio won the CBRE Office Superstar award in the Best Technology Office category for the OLX Group project and in the Best Co-working Office category for the Brain Embassy project. In 2018, the CEDC International project was awarded in the International Property Awards in the Best Office Interior in Poland category. Two years in a row they also won the Eurobuild Award in the Best Workplace Arrangement category - in 2017 for the co-creating Brain Embassy project, and in 2018 for the CEDC International project. In 2019, the L’Oreal House Warsaw project won the Prime Property Prize in the Commercial Space category and the PLGBC Green Building Awards in the Best Sustainable Interior category. The Microsoft office project won the Best Technology Office category in the CBRE Office Superstar awards.
