Thanks to the creative combination of architecture, construction, and design, as well as the support of a team of experts, we deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Bartosz Trzop
Architect / CEO
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology in 2003, with a diploma project titled "National Film Library" on Dobra Street in Warsaw.
He has been working as an architect since completing his studies and, in 2007, founded his own design studio, Trzop Architects. The 25-person team specializes in architectural and interior design projects, focusing primarily on office spaces in Poland and abroad for clients such as Microsoft, Google, McKinsey, CMS, and L’Oréal. He is also one of the co-authors of the Praga Koneser Center, where he designed two office-service buildings and an exhibition center.
A speaker and participant at numerous architectural industry conferences, including Property Design Forum, 4Design Days, and Green Warsaw Conferences, as well as the author of industry publications. He has received numerous awards for office space projects and architectural designs. One of the most significant recognitions for Bartosz Trzop is the 2nd prize in the 23rd edition of the "Polish Cement in Architecture" competition organized by the Association of Polish Architects in collaboration with the Cement Producers Association for the project "Curtain House." A key idea behind the majority of his projects is sustainable development and the role of architecture in addressing climate challenges.
Diana Niebrzydowska
Senior Architect
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology and Hayang University in Seoul. She completed postgraduate studies in BIM technology at the Cracow University of Technology. With nearly 10 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects, she has collaborated with renowned Polish architectural firms, including Konior Studio. Her work focuses on creating spaces that combine aesthetics, functionality, and business needs. She regularly participates in design fairs and industry events, which allows her to stay up to date with the latest trends in architecture and design.
Since 2024, she has been associated with Trzop Architects as an architect specializing in office space projects, from concept to realization. She continuously develops her professional skills, having started postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2024.
Kinga Gajewska
Architect / Operations Director
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in ESG in Construction at the Warsaw University of Technology and Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. With over 25 years of professional experience and building qualifications in architectural design, she is an active member of MOIA RP. She combines technical knowledge with managerial skills in her work, delivering prestigious private and commercial projects. She has worked for companies such as Skanska, Echo Investment, PZU, Santander, PKO BP, CMS, Microsoft, Google, PFR, the Office of the President, and many others. Her extensive experience in recruitment allows her to build and manage interdisciplinary teams effectively. She is distinguished by her ability to identify talents and foster relationships with employees. As a person with significant experience, she promotes young architects. Her advanced soft skills and negotiation abilities support effective communication with clients and business partners. She specializes in sustainable solutions in line with ESG principles, such as energy-efficient solutions and pro-social actions. In implementing the company's strategy regarding environmental responsibility, she actively engages in charitable work, attempting to connect clients with aid organizations.
Associated with Trzop Architects since 2018 as Architect and Operations Director.

Emilia Dudzińska
BIM Manager
A graduate of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology, where she defended her doctoral dissertation "Conservation through Documentation - Point Cloud and Endangered Architectural Heritage" with honors. She has participated in numerous conferences and is the author of publications, including on BIM technology. She is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology. With 10 years of professional experience, she has worked on multi-disciplinary projects at all stages for clients such as McKinsey & Company, Raiffeisen Bank, Rockwool, Alior Bank, Kantar Group, and Liberecht & Wood at the Praski Koneser Center.
She has been associated with Trzop Architects since 2019 as BIM Manager. She is responsible for managing BIM standards and supports and leads a team of architects working in Autodesk Revit.
Paula Tworek
Senior Architect| Interior Design Project Manager
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Postgraduate Studies in Total Design Management at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the architecture industry. She specializes in the design of public interiors, including hotels, spas, office spaces, event centers, exhibition stands, and premium private interiors: homes and apartments. Her extensive experience includes working on projects for renowned international hotel chains such as Radisson, Jumeirah, and Hilton Garden Inn, both for new builds and renovations of existing buildings. She is involved in the entire design process and supervises the investment execution, ensuring the highest quality. Having worked for large corporations and completed projects in Poland and abroad, she has also gained professional experience in an international environment.
Since 2022, she has been associated with Trzop Architects, where she serves as a lead architect.
Lidia Filipek

A
A graduate of the Postsecondary School of Architecture and Construction, with over 35 years of professional experience in designing buildings with various functions at all stages: from concept, through construction and executive design, to supervision of investment execution. In her work, she focuses on the technical aspects of the project.
She has been associated with Trzop Architects since 2022, during which time she has participated in multidisciplinary projects, including the arrangement of common spaces with a patio in the Bema Plaza building in Wrocław, the executive design of representative spaces for a client in the financial sector, and the reconstruction process of the Atrium Promenada shopping and service center building.

Chmurzyńska-Mazur
Senior Architect
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Kraków University of Technology. She holds a diploma from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and has over 15 years of experience in office interior design, from conceptual designs, through executive projects, to overseeing the execution of investments. She is responsible for the implementation of projects within corporate framework agreements as well as for individual clients. She stands out for her practical approach to designing commercial spaces, combining creativity with efficient and timely execution of assigned tasks.
She has been associated with Trzop Architects since 2016. During this time, she has participated in projects for clients such as Saint-Gobain, L'Oréal, Savills, 4F, WPP, E-WORK, and Burda.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Kraków University of Technology with experience in working on multidisciplinary projects. She has 10 years of experience in designing office, commercial, and hospitality spaces for clients both in Poland and abroad. Her work focuses on user-oriented design, taking into account ergonomics, as well as the needs and habits of future users. She specializes in the legal aspects of design, interdisciplinary coordination, and overseeing the execution of projects on-site.
She has been associated with Trzop Architects since 2021 as a leading architect.
Natalia Ośka
Office Manager
She graduated with a degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management. She has over 10 years of professional experience in office administration and accounting. She has completed numerous specialized courses, obtaining certificates in payroll and personnel management, as well as accounting.
Since 2020, she has been associated with Trzop Architects as an Office Manager and HR Specialist, responsible for managing office administration and HR services.

Milena Marciniak

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Warsaw University of Technology. She holds construction qualifications in the architectural specialization for designing without limitations. She has collaborated with a well-known Polish architectural firm, specializing in the design of multi-family residential developments. She also has experience in office building projects and premium single-family home designs.
She has been with Trzop Architects since 2022. Since then, she has participated in office interior design projects for companies such as McKinsey & Company and C.H. Robinson. With 8 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects, she has worked on both public sector and private sector projects. She has experience in managing all stages of project execution: from conceptual and architectural designs to interior designs, as well as author supervision during construction works.

Paweł Koliński
Senior Architect
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, with experience in delivering projects for both corporate and private clients. He has 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial architecture, as well as in the design of office and retail interiors. He has worked for clients such as Multikino, Gas System, and Idea Bank. He has participated in all project phases, from concept, through construction and execution projects, to supervising the investment realization.
He has been with Trzop Architects since 2015. During this time, he has participated in projects for clients including Google, Danone, Honeywell, Desa, and Mindspace.
Joanna Justyńska

A graduate of the Faculty of Interior Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the Faculty of Interior Architecture at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan.
She has 10 years of experience in comprehensive public interior design projects, from fit-out, conceptual design, and visualization to the execution phase and author supervision.
She has been with Trzop Architects since 2020. She has participated in office interior design projects ranging from 100 to 12,000 m², for clients including Goldman Sachs, Booking.com, Uber, PPG, IHS Markit, PZU, InPost, Canpack, Ergo Arena, EOS, Savills, Saint Gobain, La Mania, McKinsey, For Pro, and Glass System.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Architectural and Construction Technical School. He has over 10 years of professional experience in designing office, hotel, public utility spaces, and premium single-family homes. In his work, he focuses equally on technical and aesthetic aspects. He participates in all stages of a project: from concepts and visualizations, to architectural and executive designs, and overseeing the implementation of investments. He has been involved in designing interiors for hotels such as Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, and a conference center in The Warsaw HUB building.
He has been with Trzop Architects since 2019, working with clients including 4F, Comforty, CMS, MCK, GITD, Saint-Gobain, Rymarz & Zdort, Business Link, E-WORK, EOS, and Budlex. He also participated in designing the exhibition pavilion for Orgatec 2022 in Cologne.
