In our studio we completed a comprehensive executive design for the reconstruction of part of the existing Atrium Promenada shopping mall. Our team took up the challenge of modernizing 55,000 sqm of space in one of the most important shopping centers in Warsaw, taking part in the work aimed at creating a modern, functional and aesthetically stunning space.
The project included continuation of work aimed at adapting the space to modern standards, improving infrastructure and aesthetic. The main challenge was to adapt the design solutions to the existing condition - the specific nature of reconstructions of existing facilities means that an inventory is often only possible at the time of commencement of implementation works.
The reconstruction was carried out in the Design&Build system together with the general contractor, Muniak. In order to improve operations, our architects moved to the construction site for 6 months, from where they directly supervised the work. At the same time, the gallery itself operated unchanged.
The reconstruction of Atrium Promenada was carried out with the aim of raising the standard of the gallery and creating a space that meets the needs of modern consumers. Our commitment and professionalism ensured the timely implementation of the project, meeting the expectations of the investor and gallery users.
