The building on the scarp was an interesting challenge for our studio - the plot: varied in height, long and actually narrow, was very demanding.

The building is intended to be used for seasonal tourist rental purposes, the additional function is a residential part for the owners and a garage. The main entrance is located in the northern façade, that is very ascetic. The southern façade, in turn, is almost completely glazed, providing users with a panoramic view of the city from the hill.

Communication and technical rooms are located on the northern façade, while all residential and guest rooms and the common area are adjacent to the almost completely glazed southern façade.

The horizontal shape of the building, with an accentuated common area serving as a living room, is divided internally into three functional zones - a residential part for the owners, a service part intended for seasonal rental and a garage part with technical facilities.

The horizontal shape in the form of a modernist, light pavilion fits harmoniously into the existing area, emphasizing the beauty of the landscape.
