The main aim of the design was to integrate the interior with the exterior of the building, due to the proximity of the Landscape Park, while maintaining privacy. Due to these requirements, the building has large glazing overlooking the green area from the garden side, while it is closed and minimalistic from the access side.

The investors also wanted to shape the structures in such a way as to create internal, sheltered spaces and terraces. The plan of the building in the form of the "H" letter allows for division into three functional zones - the entrance zone, with a large glass opening with built-in greenery, the living zone, with two-story high living spaces, and the night zone, with bedrooms and guest rooms.
