The company's new headquarters is located in the Wola Retro building, in two of three harmoniously composed buildings - one built in the 1930s, intended for adaptation into an office and service facility, and a new office building, connected to the historic buildings.
EOS Poland's new office is first and foremost a friendly work space tailored for employees. The entrance area greets with white and black resulting from the company's brading with color accents of red, blue and mint. The building's contrasting black shafts give the impression of cubicles inserted into the white space, while natural green intertwines and is visible from most places in the office.
The black transition in the office space between the historic and new parts of the building is meant to give the impression of a portal, taking us on a "journey to the past" through the use of linear lighting fixtures chamfered in the floor-wall-ceiling space, linear wall finishes with 3D wallpaper and a black spray ceiling with acoustic properties.
The conference rooms were done in muted colors with designed oversized acoustic lamps, the circles in the fixtures are also the theme of the entire space. Circles can also be encountered in the "hobbiton" shaped entrance to the resting niches in the kitchenette area with interestingly cast shadows lighting.
The unusual division of glazing in the office space recalls the modernist origins of the historic building, in harmony with the new courtyard adaptation.
The design scope included toilets with modernist accents, a huge archive room for documentation storage, a quiet work room in monochromatic colors, and a forum for informal meetings with integrated projectors.
