The main assumption of the concept was to create a building with "closed" façade on the side adjacent to the developed plot and on the side of the access road, and "opening" it to the private terrace part with a view of the forest. Shaping the body of the building in the form of the letter "U" creates a private, sheltered enclave from the garden.

The project is a modern interpretation of the farmhouse development. It assumes division of the building into four separate functional zones: living, guest, fitness/spa and technical part. Each zone is a separate object connected with others by glass connectors. The body of the building is mostly a one-storey building with an accentuated, higher, two-storey daily part.
