With the beginning of the 2022 year, the +1 floor modernization project in Warsaw's Plac Unii is coming to an end. An additional 5,000 sqm of office space will be available for tenants The modernization change the retail part of the first floor into to offices area. The recesses that would be there were closed and glazed. The elevation from Żeleńskiego Street has been supplemented with windows , thanks to which the office spaces will be well lit with natural light.
