Project description

The main concept was to design a building with a "closed" façade on the side adjacent to the built-up plot and the access road, while "opening" it towards the private terrace area with a view of the forest.

4 separate zones.

The building's shape, designed in the form of the letter "U," creates a private, sheltered enclave from the garden side. The project is a contemporary interpretation of farmstead architecture, with the layout divided into four distinct functional zones: the living area, guest area, fitness/spa area, and technical section.

Glass connectors

Each zone is a separate structure connected to the others by glass connectors. The building's form consists mostly of single-story sections, with a highlighted, higher, two-story living area.
