Project description

PKO Koncept is the bank's new approach to its branch network, characterized by a unique interior design that draws on local traditions. In this case, the interior design is inspired by the history of one of the largest industrial enterprises in the former Kingdom of Poland. The Norblin Factory is a place with a long tradition, now a symbol of modernity. The new branch office, located on the ground floor, is adjacent to restaurants, shops, an ecological market, offices, a cinema, and a museum.

The PKO Koncept branch in the Norblin Factory has been designed to meet all the needs of customers in one place: consulting, sales, education, and support in using remote channels.

The unique design of the branch and its unconventional spatial arrangement ensure privacy and comfort in modern service. The 8th branch of PKO Bank Polski offers flexible service tailored to customer needs. The branch includes both meeting rooms and spaces for shorter conversations: an area with comfortable chairs and a high table with chairs. There are also counters for cash transactions. The unique character of this place and its connection to history is further highlighted by access to modern technological solutions, including a hologram displaying elements related to the bank's identity.

Unique place

To highlight the uniqueness and modernity of this place, the space of the branch is complemented by works of art from the bank's rich collection. This is undoubtedly an interesting asset of the branch.

Comfortable space

The materials used in the project directly reference the history of the branch’s location. Modern and eco-friendly solutions combined with greenery, carefully selected furnishings, and works of art create a calm, comfortable space where both clients and bank employees feel at ease. The entire concept represents a unique blend of tradition and modernity.
