Project description

OLX Group is a company located in the Maraton building in Poznań. The office spans 4,700 square meters and is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Maraton building. The OLX Group asked architects to design workstations for 300 employees, with an additional 100 workstations planned for the near future.

Distinctive design

The attractive location and spectacular panoramic view of Poznań further enhance the visual appeal of the space. One of our ideas was the blue ribbon running across the exposed ceiling, above the installations and light fixtures, symbolizing the Warta River and emphasizing the flow of communication within the office.

The office space has been divided into separate departments, each with its own unique character. On the OLX floor, there are two oval-shaped conference rooms that mirror the OLX logo. The OtoDom area was designed to resemble a small town, with sidewalks and grass between the conference rooms shaped like houses. In the Otomoto section, standout features include chairs made from car seats and lamps designed to resemble the Poznań Racecourse.

Diverse zones

The office also includes zones such as quiet rooms, game rooms, sports areas, event spaces, coffee points, informal meeting areas, and phone booths. Some of the conference rooms feature city themes, such as Cape Town, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Warsaw, reflecting the locations where OLX Group has branches.

Efficient work

We designed the office to be as flexible as possible—employees can change their workstations depending on their needs and the project they are working on. This decision was driven by the concept of Activity-Based Working (ABW), which aims to help employees fully realize their potential. By combining spaces for work and relaxation, the design contributes to improved mood and well-being, which leads to more efficient work and better company performance.
