Conceptual Design

The involvement of employees in brainstorming names and themes for the office resulted in a diverse and colorful space where everyone can feel comfortable and find their own spot. The sea, beach, meadow, jungle, and forest served as inspiration to individualize the color schemes and character of each floor.

W Inspired by biophilic design, the office space is filled with natural greenery that surrounds employees, enhancing their well-being. All floors are connected by an internal staircase located within the kitchenette areas. This staircase not only facilitates movement between floors but also encourages meetings and fosters interactions among colleagues, which was a key priority for the Investor.

Natural Elegance

A separate zone is the reception area, which serves a representative function. Its subdued color palette sets it apart from the rest of the office.

Beige, black, brass, and natural oak add not only elegance but also a timeless character.

With Care for the Environment

McKinsey's office in Poznań is a truly sustainable space that respects nature and inspires eco-friendly actions. It's a place where innovation meets environmental care. Here, renewable energy powers modern technologies, and recycling has become a daily ritual.

Every element has been carefully designed and selected to support ecology and inspire responsible action.
