Project description
The relocation of LA MANIA from a small villa in Mokotów to the modern X20 office building on Czerniakowska Street gave architects the opportunity to create a unique, simple yet avant-garde space that serves as an exceptional showcase for such a rapidly growing fashion brand.

A simple recipe
LA MANIA designs are a response to current trends, while also paying tribute to timeless classics." Just as they describe their designs, they guided us in collaboration with Trzop Architekci to create their own new collection. From the moment you enter, the simplicity of forms and colors captivates. The office is maintained in light, muted shades of white and cashmere. Light and shadow, as well as textures, play an important role.
A simple reception with an unusual reception desk made in the color of raw silver stands out in the foreground, not only with the shine of the material's structure but also with its cold color palette against the warm whites of the distressed limestone textures and raw white microcement, setting the tone for the entire space.
Natural elegance
The conference rooms, visible from the entrance through glazing with loft-style divisions, visually open up the space thanks to the use of profiles with a steel, brushed appearance. Simple light fixtures give the space an industrial character, softened by a solid oak table with a sturdy leg shaped in a circular plan.
The workstations are designed as seemingly typical open spaces, but the desks are not conventional tables; they are furniture with a single large tabletop without divisions, supported by a characteristic, sturdy leg. The entire space features whites on the lime-washed walls, white ceilings covered with acoustic foam, and carpeting that resembles a woven or wicker pattern in white, beige, and gray tones.
The simplicity of white
The kitchenettes can be seen as Instagram-worthy spaces for culinary blog photos. The simplicity of white, the play of light on the wall structures, and the massive forms of tables and seating, softened by small, color-coordinated upholstered cushions, fit perfectly into the world of La Mania. This overall effect was achieved thanks to the unique challenges posed by the Investor and the meticulous attention to detail from the execution company, Dekorator, without which such a refined result would not have been possible.
