Villas by the Polish seaside

The buildings were positioned on micropiles to preserve the existing trees as much as possible. The function of the houses was reversed: the ground floor mainly consists of a staircase with an elevator and utility rooms. The two upper floors are designed as living spaces, offering sea views and featuring a rooftop terrace.

The recreational building, intended for residents, was designed as a low structure and integrated into the varied topography of the site.

By using natural materials, the buildings seamlessly blend into the surrounding landscape.
