Project description

WPP Creative Transformation Company is now a global leader in communications, experience, commerce, and technology. The company’s headquarters is located at the Campus in Plac Konesera, in the Praga district of Warsaw. As Trzop Architekci, we were the authors of the executive design developed in collaboration with the English firm BDG Architecture from London. The project encompasses approximately 9,000 m² of space on the ground floor and five additional floors. The ground floor is also accessible from Plac Konesera, where the "3 Cups" canteen is arranged, available to both employees and tourists or passersby. The general conceptual assumptions involved dividing the building into two parts.

GERMINATION – a place where ideas are generated. Just like planting a seed marks the beginning of something new, creative thinking is the start of great ideas. That’s why the ground floor is equipped with diverse spaces designed to stimulate the mind and support the germination of new thoughts.

GROWTH – An idea, much like a seed, once planted, goes through stages of development. It becomes stronger and more defined, reaching a fruitful stage where it blooms. This evolution contributes to the creation of the final, unique product.

Bottling – Presenting all results in the best possible light is crucial, including delivering new products and marketing information to clients. On the 5th floor, architectural elements culminate in those found in the distillation process, enclosed in glass as a material used for the beautiful presentation of the final product.

The above assumptions prompted the use of materials and color schemes closely connected to the concept. A large amount of greenery and natural materials derived from the benefits of nature, as well as a play of colors through the use of industrial materials such as concrete, copper, and glass, were incorporated.

The soft zones remain in a color scheme and materials that align with nature. Niches have also been arranged, where acoustic materials are used to create distinct areas for informal meetings. This zone also includes a reception area, through which, with access control, one can proceed to departments accessible to employees.
