Minimalist design.

Due to the client's requirements, the building features large glazing that offers expansive views of the greenery from the garden side, while maintaining a minimalist and enclosed appearance from the access road side.

Functional zones.

The building's layout in the shape of the letter "H" allowed for a clear division into three functional zones – the entrance zone, with a large glazed hall filled with greenery; the living zone, featuring a two-story high living room; and the sleeping zone, with bedrooms and guest rooms.

Every element has been carefully designed and selected to support ecology and inspire responsible actions.
