Renovation of Atrium Promenada.
The project involved continuing efforts to adapt the space to modern standards, improve infrastructure, and enhance aesthetics. The main challenge was aligning the design solutions with the existing condition of the building – the nature of renovating existing structures often means that the inventory is only possible once work on the site begins.

The renovation was carried out under the Design & Build system in collaboration with the general contractor, Muniak. To streamline operations, our architects relocated to the construction site for six months, overseeing the work directly. At the same time, the mall continued to operate without any disruptions.
