Project description

Given the profile of OTC/4F, a company specializing in the creation and production of sportswear for both amateurs and professionals, the main inspiration for the interior concept of the company's headquarters could only be one thing: the greatest sporting event, the Olympic Games.

OTC/4F

The dominant color scheme in the design uses 5 colors from the Olympic rings. As a cohesive element, black was combined with each of the four colors – green, red, blue, and yellow – on every floor. The chosen floor color appears as subtle accents, including in the aluminum profiles of the glass walls and in strips resembling running tracks on the floors of the main circulation areas in the office.

OTC/4F

A distinctive and prominent feature is the showroom for presenting all the new 4F clothing collections. The surfaces of the room are designed to provide a neutral backdrop for showcasing the products, which is why the entire interior is designed in white. A large amount of greenery, suspended in special structures from the ceiling, refers to the company’s green character and commitment to sustainability, which is a key element of its policy.

The flexible workstations, designed in an agile work model, are connected by a flexible space for both informal and formal meetings, making it an ideal base for a hybrid work model. At the heart of the office, and as a connecting element between all floors, is the internal staircase, topped on the highest level by a large canteen, which serves as a perfect space for team integration and fosters creative thinking and the generation of new, winning sports ideas.
