Project description
McKinsey & Company's office is located on five floors of the Nowy Rynek building in Poznań. The space was created with both users and the environment in mind. With the support of LEED and WELL certifications, we designed an office using eco-friendly and natural materials, ensuring a high level of comfort for future users.

Conceptual design
Employee involvement in finding names and themes for the office led to the creation of a diverse and colorful space where everyone will feel comfortable and find a place for themselves. The sea, beach, meadow, jungle, and forest became the inspiration to individualize the color scheme and character of each floor.
In line with biophilic design, the office space is filled with natural vegetation that surrounds employees, improving their well-being. All floors are connected by an internal staircase located in the kitchen annexes. The staircase not only facilitates movement between floors but also encourages meetings and initiates interactions among colleagues, which was an important aspect for the investor.
Natural elegance
A separate zone is the reception area, which serves a representative function, and its subdued color scheme distinguishes it from the rest of the office.
Beige, black, brass, and natural oak not only add elegance but also a timeless character.
For the sake of the environment
McKinsey office in Poznań is a truly sustainable space that respects nature and inspires ecological actions. It is a place where innovation meets environmental care. Here, renewable energy powers modern technologies, and recycling has become an everyday ritual.
Every element has been carefully designed and selected to support ecology and inspire responsible action.
